Are you our next Program Manager? 

Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role within the PMO, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the banks various programs. This role ensures alignment between projects and organisational goals, driving consistency in project governance, risk management, and resource allocation. 

The Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies, resolve issues, and optimize program outcomes. By providing reporting, and continuous improvement insights, the Program Manager enhances the bank’s ability to deliver value through structured change and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the HO PMO with the development and embedding of the project governance framework and supporting documents.
  • Support capability uplift within the business through regular use of the framework and identifying opportunities to educate the business
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget and allocating resources effectively across projects. 
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to the Head of PMO and other senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. 
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders to maximise embedding of project deliverables
  • Prioritise the continuous improvement of processes and procedures through automation and review and establish role operating rhythm. 
  • Prioritise best practice data management and conduct regular reporting to ensure data quality is maintained. 
  • Support the delivery of Bank wide strategic initiatives through role related expertise and change advocacy.

About you 

Are you a proactive and results-driven Program Manager? We’re looking for a dynamic leader with expertise in Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, and PMP methodologies to drive successful project outcomes while fostering a collaborative and constructive workplace culture.


To be considered for this role you must have 5+ years of experience in a program delivery role with a proven track record of managing multiple projects – ideally within the financial services industry. You possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in greenfield environments where new initiatives are being established. You pride yourself on your strong leadership and teamwork capabilities with a passion for fostering collaboration. You have excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
