We’re looking for a Product Manager (Everyday Banking, Deposits & Insurance) to join our Experience & Product division.

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the design, development and lifecycle management of our products. Reporting to the Head of Product Development & Management, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping customer value propositions, drive product performance and ensure regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in managing and evolving our Everyday Banking, Deposit & Insurance product portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with member needs and interests.

What You’ll Do.

  • Manage and enhance Everyday Banking, Deposit and Insurance portfolio, ensuring compliance with ASIC, APRA, RBA, AUSTRAC, ACCC and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare pricing recommendations for pricing decisions, contribute to product reviews and audits, and proactively identify opportunities to improve member experience.
  • Develop business cases for new products and enhancement, support project delivery, and prepare post-implementation reviews.
  • Support the oversight over Everyday Banking, Deposits & Insurance product portfolio, including reporting, performance monitoring and product governance.
  • Own and manage risks, controls, issues and incidents.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across bank-wide projects and strategic initiatives, championing innovation, process optimisation, and change that enhances member outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring.

  • 5+ years of financial services product management experience, preferably in Everyday Banking, Deposits or Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record in managing risk and controls and delivering change.  
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to develop product growth and profitability.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or economics or marketing (or equivalent experience).
