The opportunity.
This position directly supports our purpose and ensures our members can count on us by providing home loan expertise to members – both in the writing of new home loans and retaining existing home loan members.
What You’ll Do.
As a key member of our Lending Distribution team, you will:
Deliver exceptional member experiences across phone, digital, and outbound channels.
Retain existing home loan members through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
Lead retention campaigns and contact members with expiring fixed-rate loans.
Identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Promote Defence Bank within the Defence community and beyond.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you.
What You’ll Bring.
2+ years’ experience in member relationship management, ideally in a contact centre.
Experience in financial services and home loan retention (preferred).
Strong working credit knowledge and ability to meet performance goals.
Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
