In this senior coordination role, you’ll be the central engine behind our marketing workflow—bringing campaigns to life through strong organisation, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution and wrap up.
  • Manage project timelines, requirements, and approvals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear briefs and actionable plans.
  • Support content development across channels, including campaign assets, organic social, and branch level initiatives.
  • Maintain brand governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate branch network marketing requests, toolkits, and local activity support.
  • Maintain workflow tools, documentation, and reporting dashboards to enable visibility and efficiency.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing systems, processes, and collaboration rhythms.
  • Uphold Defence Bank’s culture and behaviours—Accountability, Communication, Transparency, and Member First.

About you.

As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key driver of smooth, effective campaign delivery—turning ideas into execution and ensuring our marketing efforts land with impact across channels, branches, and member touchpoints. You’ll also play a vital role in elevating our marketing operations—optimising processes, supporting internal partners, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, with proven coordination experience.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capability.
  • Confidence working across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools (CMS, CRM, analytics) is highly regarded.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a bonus.

We count on you. And you can count on us.
