You’re passionate about delivering outstanding service while keeping on track with performance goals. You enjoy developing your knowledge and skills and thrive on the challenge of growing a sustainable business.
You have:
- At least 3 years' experience leading a sales team ideally within a lending environment and financial services
- Vocational Qualification in financial services, sales, or team leadership.
- A Tier 2 qualification is preferred but not required.
- The ability to travel both intra and interstate.
Demonstrated experience or skills in:
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adhering to and achieving local sales/business development plans.
- Facilitating presentations to small and large groups.
- Motivated to achieve agreed goals.
- Picking up new concepts quickly.
- Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
- Using Microsoft Office.
